MOM Form

This is a useful tool to record and save all history of meetings. In so many companies there is a Document Control Center (DCC) which is responsible for recording minutes of meetings but in so many others there is not such tool.

In this tool there is field for any type of attachment so user can attached any evidence or document or scan image for the related MOM.

In addition, any responsible user can review those MOM and make it applicable for the project.
